It affects you too, putting you behind on mana if you have Creatures
Argoth, Sanctum of Nature also gives you at least something to do with your mana, and the self-mill can even be upside for certain commanders like Lord Windgrace
This will open up all card styles for that specific card that a player has unlocked in their library
