The deck's reliance on only Normal and Rare cards makes it incredibly cheap to assemble and useful to have to hand for any future N/R Events that may occur
Also for those that like their Fusion Monsters, Curse of Dragon can be there to give you Gaia the Dragon Champion though let's be honest, that particular fusion's not really worth the effort compared to most others
