The Tabernacle ties up all your opponent's mana, assuming they have plenty of creatures out, forcing them to choose to either give up a bunch of their creatures in exchange for a spell or to keep as many of their creatures as they can at the expense of spending all their mana
Since each Pokmon player gets to build their deck, you want to be sure you have the strongest Pokmon card
Moving lore counters between summons is a nice synergy as well, because you can keep powerful sagas around while accelerating another ones chapter progression
Elf decks in EDH already have lots of token making, and another anthem is welcome
A 2/2 Vigilance for two mana isn't exactly groundbreaking, but the rules text is where this Charismatic Conqueror really shines
While its disappointing to see the best Warhammer faction not get its own Commander deck (stupid Marines soaking up the spotlight), fans will no doubt appreciate more cheeky references
