Farina Amarone Montefante Riserva 15.5% abv 70cl Gamay while the vineyards’ DolomiticFrom grapes from the vineyard "Montefante" you get the noble wine Remo Farina, "Montefante" Amarone Classico della Valpolicella Riserva DOC. Crop harvested by hand in late September. For 100 days after harvest, the grapes are dried in special barns under constant supervision. The berries are separated from the ridges and pressed in late December. Then the wort is subjected to spontaneous cold maceration lasting 10 days, followed by the addition of
